1.- Pues la meta final siempre es conseguir la medalla, pero personalmente me gusta es vivir el presente, luchar por cada juego hasta lograr cosas grandes. No pienso en conseguir medalla sino simplemente lograr un buen resultado en cada partido y con un poco de suerte podríamos conseguir cosas grandes.
2.- Pues sin duda que de mi Top 5 de equipos que no me quisiera encontrar antes de la semifinal, tengo a 3 de esos 5 en el grupo de Ronda II; es increíble pensar que los 3 equipos de nuestro grupo suman 10 medallas entre todos. Si no estuvieran en mi grupo, sin duda que nombraría a Estonia, España y Argentina como esos equipos que jamás quisiera ver en mi camino. Aunque esto me motiva más a pensar en la planificación y en usar todas las herramientas que tenemos para lograr nuestro objetivo.
3.- Más que nervioso estoy muy ansioso, estas 7 semanas de espera fueron muy largas y tengo confianza en que podemos lograr algo grande. Aunque de todas formas siempre existen nervios y muchas expectativas antes de cada juego. Hace 2 semanas perdimos con Argentina en semifinales de Copa América, por lo que hay un poco de presión y quizás algo de inseguridad, pero estoy seguro que podemos lograr un buen resultado.
4.- Pues no me puedo quejar, esta generación no fue planificada pero tuvimos suerte ya que hay varios jugadores de muy buen nivel pero si podría ser mejor y eso es lo que estamos trabajando ahora; hacer seguimiento de todos los juveniles para que las próximas generaciones sean de gran nivel, incluso más que la de ahora.
5.- Lo más difícil sin duda alguna es el trato con la comunidad. Tanto motivar a la gente a apoyar a sus selecciones como ser político y no decir o hacer nada que disguste a ninguna persona. Es lógico que es imposible agradarle a todo el mundo ya que siempre habrán personas que no le gustará algo que uno implementa para la selección. Es muy difícil a veces no sentir la clase de apoyo necesaria y que merece la selección, hasta el punto de sentir una soledad y la obligación de trabajar de más por esa falta de apoyo. Apartando eso, en mi primer período tenía más indecisión a la hora de tomar decisiones pero ya en este segundo período eso lo he dejado atrás. No es un cargo fácil.

If they were not in my group, no doubt he would appoint Estonia, Spain and Argentina as those teams that never like to see on my way. It is logical that it is impossible to please everyone and there are always people who will not like something one implemented for the selection. It is very difficult sometimes not to feel the kind of support needed and deserves the selection to the point of feeling a loneliness and an obligation to work more for the lack of support. That aside, in my first period had more hesitancy to make decisions but in the second period that I have left behind. It is not an easy position.
